About the Role: Managing client enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings for a braids/locs service business — handling the full client journey from first contact through booking confirmation. Key Responsibilities: Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries Follow up with potential clients, qualify leads Guide clients through the booking process Book consultations and appointments Follow up on deposits, confirm bookings Send appointment reminders Who You Are: Organized, confident communicator, comfortable with sales/client conversion, experienced in customer service/sales/client relations, comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram professionally. Beauty/hair/service industry experience is a plus, not required.
