Welcome to CA Space. By accessing or using caspaceglobal.com("the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who we are
CA Space is a remote-work company that connects vetted African talent with founders, runs training programs (e.g. Groundwork, Founders Bridge), and operates the Accountability Loop dashboard.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Talent users
- All CVs, application info, and quiz responses must be truthful and your own.
- You agree to communicate professionally with founders and the CA Space team.
- Weekly KPI reports submitted via the Accountability Loop must reflect actual work done.
4. Founder / employer users
- Job listings must be legitimate, lawful, and accurately described.
- You agree to pay talent on the terms you agree with them directly.
- You will not discriminate against applicants on protected grounds.
5. Payments & refunds
Membership fees, program fees, and other paid services are processed via our payment providers. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, payments are non-refundable once a service has begun. Specific cohorts (e.g. Founders Bridge, Groundwork) have their own published refund terms which take precedence.
6. Intellectual property
The CA Space brand, site, content, and software are owned by CA Space. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our content without written permission. Content you submit (CV, reports, etc.) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate the platform.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform.
- Use the platform to spam, scrape data, or impersonate others.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". CA Space does not guarantee placement, income, or specific outcomes. We are not an employer of the talent listed on the platform unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CA Space will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
