CA Space ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use caspaceglobal.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, password (hashed), role (talent/founder), and any details you add to your profile.
  • Application data: CVs, quiz answers, job applications, weekly KPI reports, and feedback you submit.
  • Payment info: handled by our payment processors (e.g. Flutterwave). We never store full card details.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, device, browser, IP, and similar diagnostics used to improve the product.
  • Cookies: required for authentication and basic site function.

2. How we use your information

  • To run the platform — accounts, applications, the Accountability Loop, and member services.
  • To match talent with founders and recommend opportunities.
  • To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, status updates).
  • To send newsletters or updates if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and keep the platform secure.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with: (a) founders/employers when you apply to their role, (b) service providers strictly to operate the platform (hosting, email, payments, analytics), and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@caspaceglobal.com.

5. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

7. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 16. Do not use it if you are below this age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site.
