How posting a role works

Tell us the role, the pay, and what good looks like in the first 90 days. We review every post before it goes live, usually within 24 to 48 hours. That means checking the role is specific enough for talent to self-select and that the pay is fair for the scope. If something's unclear, we come back to you before publishing rather than putting up a post nobody can act on. Posting a role is free.

Who sees your job post

Your role goes live on the CA Space job board, open to our full community of remote professionals. Anyone can apply. But every profile shows whether that person has been vetted by CA Space or not. Vetted means they've been through application screening, an actual work test, and KPI alignment with us. So you get the reach of an open board with a clear signal on who we've already tested, instead of sorting through CVs with nothing to go on.

What happens after you submit

Once your role is live, applications come straight to you. You review, you interview, you decide. If you'd rather not run that process, tell us at the start and we'll handle it as a paid placement. We source, screen and shortlist, and you only see vetted candidates. We'll quote the fee before any work begins. Either way, if you hire through CA Space, the accountability loop comes with it: weekly performance tracking, reports from both the talent and you, and ongoing mentorship for the person you hire.
